Abstract
The theory of yin and yang is one of the core components of traditional Chinese medicine."Yin Ping Yang Secret"is a high-level summary of human health.This theory plays an important guiding role in explaining the physiological and pathological conditions of the human body,disease diagnosis and treatment,and health care.Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease that causes pain in the waist and legs clinically.It has the characteristic that the age of onset is getting younger year by year,and its etiology and pathogenesis can be summarized as an imbalance of yin and yang.Yin and Yang are the way of heaven and earth,revealing the trends and characteristics of things.Taking the human body as an organic whole,during the occurrence and development of lumbar disc herniation,we should pay at-tention to the changes between yin and yang of the waist and abdomen and the yin and yang of muscles and bones,and analyze the legislation based on"Law on Yin and Yang"The theoretical basis of massage techniques in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.关键词
