调胃承气汤治疗脑梗死急性期胃肠功能障碍临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction During the Acute Phase of Cerebral Infarction using Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunc-tion in the acute phase of cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with acute gastrointestinal dysfunction after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The two groups received conventional Western medicine treatment.The observation group was given oral Tiaowei Chengqi decoction granules on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 1 week.,observe and record the NIHSS score,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment;serum motilin and citrulline levels,and observe adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS scores,gastrointesti-nal dysfunction scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,motilin and citrulline levels of the two groups of patients were improved after treatment(P＜0.05);after treatment,the observation group had better NIHSS scores,The improvement degree of gastrointestinal dysfunction score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and citrulline level was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the improve-ment degree of motilin level between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Tiaowei Cheng-qi Decoction can improve acute gastrointestinal injury in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in the acute phase of cerebral infarction,reduce motilin levels,increase citrulline levels,improve gastrointestinal adverse symptoms,promote the recovery of patients'neurological function,and improve patient prognosis level.关键词
