半夏泻心汤联合四联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变疗效分析
Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Precancerous Lesions in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Quadruple Therapy in the treatment of precancerous lesions in chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:160 patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis from December 2020 to December 2023 admitted to the Dongba campus of Beijing First Tra-ditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received quadruple therapy,while the observation group re-ceived treatment with Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Jiawei Decoction in addition to the control group.They were treated for 2 weeks,compare the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pathological tissue score,gastrin-17(G-17),PG-Ⅰ and PG-Ⅱ.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores,pathological tissue score,PG-Ⅰ and PG-Ⅱ of both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group were lower(P<0.05),both groups of G-17 levels were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),while the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the Hp eradication rate in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction can improve the treatment effect,and clinical symptoms,regulate the secretion of gastrin and pepsinogen,repair damaged gastric mucosal tissue,and help reverse pathological changes in gastritis,promote Hp to turn negative,it is worth promoting.关键词
