参苓白术散联合肠愈灌肠方治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察
Observation of Curative Effect of ShenlingBaizhu Powder Combined with Changyu Guanchang Prescription on Active Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of oral administration of Chinese medicine Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Changyu Enema Recipe retention enema on active ulcerative colitis.Methods:70 patients with active ulcerative colitis admitted to the Anorectal Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the standards were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The observation group uses Shenling Atractylodes Powder orally combined with Changyu Enema Recipe to retain the enema,and takes 200ml of Chinese medicine warmly every morning and evening;the Chinese medicine for enema is administered once every night before going to bed.In the control group,one mesalazine suppository was taken into the anus every night.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores(diarrhea,abdominal pain,purulent and bloody stools,tenesmus),colonoscopy Baron score and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 30 days of treatment.[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)]levels.Results:The total clinical effec-tive rate of the observation group was 94.29％,which was much higher than the 80％of the control group(P＜0.05);the Baron scores of colonoscopy in both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05));the TCM symptom scores of both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the CRP and PCT levels of the two groups after treatment were both lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Changyu Enema Recipe has a definite effect in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis and can improve the clinical treatment efficiency.The mecha-nism may be related to inhibiting the inflammatory response and quickly promoting the recovery of colon mucosa,and it has good safety sex.关键词
