One-year Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Benign Thyroid Nodules by"Dangdajia Yiwu San Combined with Scrofula Pill"

Abstract
The author summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment experience of Chief Physician DING Lei in clinical observation of benign thyroid patients.Doctor Ding believes that the pathogenesis of benign thyroid nod-ules is based on liver qi stagnation,and the core is phlegm,fire and blood stasis in the front of the neck.Therefore,the treatment principle of resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,purging fire and removing blood stasis,and soothing the liver and relieving depression runs through the entire course of the disease,and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with Xiaoluo Pills is used for treatment.In clinical practice,it is flexibly used according to the patient's condition to treat patients with benign thyroid nodules,and good clinical efficacy has been achieved.The case description is attached to provide new ideas for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.关键词
