国医大师韩明向辨治郁证的经验研究
Study on the Experience of HAN Mingxiang,a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,in Treating Depression based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore and summarize Professor HAN Mingxiang's experience in using drugs to treat de-pression using data mining technology.Methods:Cases of depression patients in HAN Mingxiang's outpatient clinic were collected,and a database was established using Excel software.The age,gender,syndrome type,and high-fre-quency drugs of the patients were statistically analyzed.SPSS software was used for association rule analysis,frequency item set analysis,and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 108 prescriptions were included.The most common popula-tions were women before and after menopause and young and middle-aged men.The most common syndrome was Qi stagnation and fire syndrome.A total of 189 drugs were involved.The high-frequency drugs included bupleurum,an-gelica,white peony root,liquorice,peony bark,gardenia,etc.;the commonly used drug pairs included poria-albizzia bark,jujube seed-albizzia bark,gardenia-peony bark,etc.;the commonly used drug combinations included jujube seed,bupleurum-albizzia bark,poria,prunella vulgaris-albizzia bark,poria,gardenia-albizzia bark,etc.Cluster analysis resulted in four drug cluster combinations:Gardenia-Peony Root-Angelica-White Peony Root-Bupleu-rum,Albizzia julibrissin-Poria-Prunella Vulgaris.Conclusion:Professor HAN Mingxiang adheres to the academic thought of"the root of the disease must be sought",grasps the key of Qi stagnation in depression,combines the physi-ological and external characteristics of the contemporary susceptible population,and forms clinical experience of pro-moting Qi and relieving depression,soothing the liver and purging fire as the main treatment principles from the three aspects of depression,Qi and fire.关键词
