张明雪"心胆同治"法治疗稳定型心绞痛用药规律研究
Study on the Medication Rules of Professor ZHANG Mingxue's"Heart and Gallbladder Treatment"for Stable Angina Pectoris based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the prescription and medication rules of Professor ZHANG Mingxue's"heart and gallbladder treatment"method for the treatment of stable angina pectoris through data mining technology,and provide ideas for the clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:The outpatient medical records of stable angina pec-toris patients treated by Professor ZHANG Mingxue using the"heart and gallbladder treatment'method in the Affili-ated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1,2021 to January 1,2023 were collected,and the Chinese medicine prescriptions were screened and sorted.After verification,the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software(V2.5)was used to explore the clinical medication characteristics and medication rules of Professor ZHANG Mingxue's"heart and gallbladder treatment"method for the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Results:A total of 125 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 104 Chinese medicines,of which 16 were used more than 40 times.The properties were mainly cold,warm and neutral;the taste was mostly bitter,sweet and pungent;the commonly used drugs were mostly expectorants,tonics,Qi-regulating drugs,diuretics and dampness-in-filtrating drugs,yang-raising and dispersing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,heart-nourishing and tranquilizing drugs,etc.Complex network analysis revealed 10 core drug groups and 5 new prescriptions.Conclusion:The core prescription of Professor ZHANG Mingxue's"heart and gallbladder co-treatment''method for the treatment of stable angina pectoris is Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction with modifications,and its high-frequency drugs are French Pinellia,American ginseng,Gualou,Xiebai,Astragalus,Poria,Bamboo Shavings,Tangerine Peel,Citrus Aurantium,Bupleurum,Platycodon,Red Peony Root,Gentian,Prunella Vulgaris,Ziziphus jujuba seed,and Cimicifuga.The treatment focuses on clearing away heat and removing phlegm,supplemented by tonifying Qi and strengthening the body,promoting Qi movement,and strengthening the spleen and relieving numbness.关键词
