Expression of Prostaglandin E2 in Gingivitis During Pregnancy and the Intervention Effect of Qingre Antai Ointment
目的:构建SD大鼠妊娠期龈炎模型,观察清热安胎膏对妊娠期龈炎前列腺素E2(PGE2)表达的影响.方法:18只SPF级SD雌鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药组,每组各6只,分别记录3组大鼠体重,空白组:在10％水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉下,但不做处理,常规受孕;对照组:在10％水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉下使用结扎法+10％蔗糖水制备大鼠实验性牙龈炎.中药组:在10％水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉下使用结扎法+10％蔗糖水制备大鼠实验性牙龈炎,受孕成功后应用清热安胎膏填塞龈…查看全部>>
