Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of PFNA with bone injury.Methods:Sixty patients with inter-trochanteric fractures treated in the department between August 2019 and March 2024 were randomly assigned to the control group and the study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine supine orthopedic traction bed PFNA surgery,and the study group took oral bone injury square 1 based on PFNA surgery in the supine orthopedic traction bed.At 4,8 and 12 weeks after the operation,we recorded the number of days of the fracture.The results showed that the recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scab development scores at 4,8 and 12 weeks were higher than the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P＜0.05).Therefore,we conclude that:for patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,the treatment of PFNA with square 1 of bone injury has the advantages of short re-covery time,rapid development of callus in fracture site,and excellent effects,which is worth being widely used in clinical practice.关键词
