Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishen formula combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC)after operation.Method:According to the random number table,152 DTC patients who completed thyroidectomy in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were divided into control group(n=76,routine treatment after operation+levothyroxine sodium tablet)and observation group(n=76,routine treatment after operation+levothyroxine sodium tablet+Jianpi Yishen formula),and both groups continued to be treated for 3 months.The TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory reactions,immune function,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and inflammatory response indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the improvement of immune function indicators was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the total incidence of palpitation,hand tremor,hyperhidrosis,insomnia,nausea and vomit-ing and dry mouth between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:After DTC,Jianpi Yishen formula combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve immune function,and has no obvious increase in adverse reactions.关键词
