虚拟仿真情境式教学法结合PBL在内科学教学中的应用研究
Application of Virtual Simulation Situational Teaching Method Combined with PBL in Internal Medicine Teaching

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of virtual simulation situational teaching method combined with PBL in internal medicine teaching.Methods:55 students of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage major undergraduate class of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020 were selected as the research ob-jects,and randomly divided into 27 observation groups.The virtual simulation situational teaching method combined with PBL(Problem Based Learning)was used for teaching;The control group of 28 students was taught using the PBL teaching method.The teaching satisfaction(learning interest,communication ability,clinical thinking,learning effi-ciency,problem analysis,self-learning)and stage results of the two groups of students were evaluated and compared.Result:The theoretical scores(90.04±3.97)and practical skills scores(81.59±5.09)of the observation group stu-dents were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).The satisfaction level of the six dimensions of teaching effectiveness was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05);The satisfaction level of the four dimensions of teaching methods was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of virtual simulation situational teaching method and PBL has shown definite effectiveness in the teaching of internal medicine and has cer-tain promotion and application value.关键词
