岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗卒中后尿潴留疗效观察
Curative Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture of Lingnan Flying Needle Therapy for Urinary Retention after Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy for urinary retention after stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with urinary retention after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy,while control group with conven-tional acupuncture.Five days was a course of treatment,the first urination time,bladder function scores and residual urine volume of the two groups were observed and clinical efficacy was evaluated after three courses of treatment.Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was 96.7％,which was higher than 73.3％of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the first urination time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05);Compared to those of before treatment,the bladder residual urine volume in both groups were decreased,and the improvement in treatment group was more significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy for post-stroke urinary re-tention can significantly shorten the first urination time and reduce the bladder residual urine volume,which is worthy of clinical application and pro-motion.关键词
