针刺结合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫的Meta分析
Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Hemiplegia after Stroke:a Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke,and to provide evidence-based evidence for the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:China Journal Full Text Da-tabase(CNKI),Chinese science and technology periodical database(VIP),Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase and Web of science(SCI)were searched from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021.Clinical trials by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment hemiplegia after stroke were included.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group received acupuncture on the basis of the control group.STATA software was used for Meta-analysis of the study data.Results:A total of 1261 articles were retrieved,and 16 studies involving 1352 patients were included after rigorous screening.The results of Meta-analysis show:1)Total effective rate of clinical efficacy:treatment group was higher than control group[OR=4.67,95％CI(2.77,7.87),P＜0.001];2)BI rating of improvement of daily living:BI score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[SMD=1.11,95％CI(0.78,1.44),P＜0.05].3)FMA rating of motor function improvement:FMA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[SMD=1.22,95％CI(0.83,1.61),P＜0.05].Conclusion:The existing evidence shows that acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve the clinical efficacy of hemiplegic limbs after stroke,and help to improve the mobility of limbs after stroke and the daily self-care ability of patients.The clinical treatment evidence was sufficient.关键词
