原发性中枢神经系统血管炎合并脑梗死综合康复治疗1例
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment of Primary Angiitis of the Central Nervous System Complicated with Cerebral Infarction:A Case Report
摘要
Abstract
Primary angiitis of the central nervous system(PACNS)is a rare immune inflammatory disease mainly confined to brain parenchyma,spi-nal cord and pia mater.At present,the pathogenesis is still unclear and there are no characteristic manifestations in the early stage,which brings great difficulties to diagnosis and treatment.This paper reports a case of PACNS with cerebral infarction as the first manifestation,and its onset,diagnosis process and rehabilitation treatment plan.At present,the prognosis of the patient is good,which is summarized as follows in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation intervention as soon as possible.关键词
