灸法治疗类风湿性关节炎的系统评价再评价
Re-evaluation of Systematic Evaluation of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the literature quality of systematic review(SR)/Meta analysis of moxibustion therapy for rheumatoid arthritis(RA),so as to provide basis for clinical decision-making of RA.Methods:The SR/Meta analysis of moxibustion therapy for RA published in CNKI,Wan-fang,VIP,PubMed,CBM,Web of Science,Embase,Elsevier and other databases from the date of establishment to September 2022 was retrieved by computer,and the data of the literatures meeting the standards were extracted.The report quality of the included literatures was evaluated by PRISMA2020 statement,and the methodological quality was evaluated by AMSTAR2 scale,GRADE system was used to evaluate the level of evi-dence.Finally,stacked bar graph was used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of included literature reports,methodological quality,and publica-tion bias.Results:A total of 10 SRs were included.The evaluation results of PRISMA2020 statement show that half of SRs have certain defects;The evaluation results of AMSTAR2 scale showed that all 10 SRs were of very low quality;GRADE system evaluation showed that of the 54 outcome in-dicators included,13 were of medium quality,27 were of low quality,and 14 were of very low quality.The quality rating of the main outcome indica-tors included is not satisfactory.Conclusion:At present,the methodological quality and literature report quality of SR and meta-analysis papers on moxibustion therapy for RA are low,and the grade of outcome indicators is not high.Clinical research should be strengthened in combination with relevant evaluation guidelines to provide more reliable clinical evidence in the future.关键词
