Abstract
Hydrogenation equipment is a typical high-risk device in refining enterprises,involving flamma-ble and explosive media such as hydrogen,with high safety risks.In order to study the spatiotemporal evo-lution process of flames and shock waves in hydrogen leakage and explosion accidents of a hydrogenation device under open space conditions,a proportional model was established based on FLACS three-dimen-sional simulation software for a certain enterprise's hydrogenation device,and hydrogen explosion simu-lation research was conducted on it.The influence of different equivalence ratios(ER)on the overpressure value and temperature of hydrogen cloud ignition and explosion was explored.The research results indica-ted that when the equivalence ratio(ER)was within the range of 0.8~1.4,the temperature and peak o-verpressure Pmax of hydrogen explosion showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the in-crease of ER.When ER was 1.05,the peak explo-sion temperature and peak overpressure were maxi-mum,and the radius of high-temperature flame prop-agation was about 35 m,with an impact area of 3 800 m2.In addition,the simulation results provide theoretical guidance for the anti-explosion engineering renovation of buildings in similar scenarios.关键词
