智媒时代"数字难民"处境与安置探究
The Situation and Resettlement Measures of Digital Refugees in the Age of Intellectual Media
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of domestic intelligent media and the aggravation of aging process,"digital refugees"has gradually become an obvious proposition. As there are many defects in knowledge and culture,media literacy,media consumption ability and so on,the group of"digital refugees"is facing various"dilemmas"in their survival and life,such as travel obstacles and trade obstacles."Digital refugees"is a realistic portrait of the"knowledge gap"theory in the age of intellectual media. Lowering the technical threshold and providing more manual assistance are feasible measures to improve the living conditions of"digital refugees"at present.关键词
