乡村民主治理制度创新与治理效能提升研究
Research on Innovation of Rural Democratic Governance System and Improvement of Governance Efficiency:Take the Construction of"Three Systems"in Daitou Village,Liyang City as an Example
摘要
Abstract
Rural democratic governance is the microfoundation of national governance,and the innova-tion of rural democratic governance mechanisms is of great significance forachieving modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Daitou Village in Liyang City,Jiangsu Province,has accumulated valuable experience and provided important insights for optimizing rural democratic govern-ance and enhancing its effectiveness by promoting the construction of the"three systems".The construc-tion of the"three systems"is conducive to gathering village level democratic wisdom,standardizing village level democratic decision-making,and strengthening village level supervision and assessment.Based on this,measures such as promoting innovation in the rural grassroots governance system,enhancing the a-bility of rural diversified governance,optimizing the rural democratic supervision system,scientifically re-sponding to the administrative transformation of village level governance,and promoting the integration of the"four governance"in rural areas can be taken to create a new pattern of"diversified and co governance"in rural governance.关键词
