Design of Long Tube Electric Primer for Programmable Fuze Explosive Bomb

为提升坦克炮杀爆弹的作战能力,设计用于可编程引信杀爆弹的长管电底火.针对抗静电性能、通电安全性、击发可靠性等性能指标,进行结构设计,解决电底火漏烟密闭性、环电极的强度、发火件桥丝焊接质量及发火可靠性等问题.结果表明:该方案能保证长管电底火对杀爆弹装定击发电压的有效执行,满足火炮发射指令的要求.

In order to improve the combat capability of tank gun fragmentation bomb,the long tube electric primer for programmable fuze fragmentation bomb was designed. Aiming at the performance indexes such as antistatic performance,electrifying safety and firing reliability,the structure design is carried out to solve the problems such as the smoke leakage tightness of the electric primer,the strength of the ring electrode,the welding quality of the bridge wire of the firing piece,the firing reliability and the like. The results show that the scheme can ensure the effective implementation of the long tube electric primer to the setting and firing voltage of the explosive bomb,and meet the requirements of the gun firing instructions.
