基于近景摄影测量的残缺文物数字化修复OA
Digital restoration of incomplete cultural relics based on close-range photogrammetry
针对残缺文物数字化修复的复杂性问题,本文采用近景摄影测量技术的残缺文物数字化修复方法对其进行分析.该方法使用普通智能手机联合相对静态摄影和相对动态摄影近距离采集残缺文物的多视角影像,并对其进行三维实景模型的重建,再通过专业修模软件对残缺文物三维模型分别进行局部和全局的修复,并提取虚拟现实(VR)全景图和点云数据模型,达到高精度建模和数字化修复与保护的目的.数字化修复结果为几何精度外径平均偏差-1.522 mm、内径平均偏差1.3438 mm、厚度平均偏差2.1366 mm和曲面光滑度标准偏差0.002 mm.实验结果表明:采用此方法进行数字化修复和建模精度较高、效果较好,由此衍生出的数字化产品为文物数字化保护提供了强有力的数据支撑.
In response to the complexity of the digital restoration of incomplete cultural relics,this article adopted a close-range photogrammetry technology for the digital restoration of incomplete cultural relics and analyzed it.This method used an ordinary smartphone to combine relative static photography and relative dynamic photography to collect multi-view images of incomplete cultural relics at close range and reconstruct their three-dimensional(3D)real-life models.Then,through professional modeling software,the 3D model of the incomplete cultural relics was repaired locally and globally,and virtual reality(VR)panoramic images and point cloud data models were extracted to achieve high-precision modeling and digital restoration and protection.The digital restoration results show an average outer diameter deviation of geometric accuracy of-1.522 mm,an average inner diameter deviation of 1.343 8 mm,an average thickness deviation of 2.136 6 mm,and a standard deviation of surface smoothness of 0.002 mm.The experimental results show that this method for digital restoration and modeling has high accuracy and good effect,and the resulting digital products provide strong data support for the digital protection of cultural relics.
