"天地图"是"数字中国"建设的重要内容,是面向公众的地理信息公共服务平台,可为用户提供北京市地理信息"一站式"协同服务.为了给用户提供更加准确的地理信息,亟须高效的数据融合技术,将不同来源、不同模式、不同媒质、不同时间、不同表示的信息进行结合,实现对被感知对象的更精确的描述.道路数据作为"天地图"的基础数据之一,其几何与属性特征的复杂性给矢量数据融合技术增加了挑战.本文围绕"天地图·北京"多源道路数据融合的分析、提取与融合过程,通过对比导航数据、主节点数据、交通委数据的属性、现势性、精度、权威性等具体情况,分析道路数据融合的技术特点,对多源道路数据融合的关键技术进行了研究并设计开发出两项工具,提高了数据融合的效率和准确度.

"Tianditu"is an important part of the construction of"digital China"and is a geographic information public service platform that can provide users with a"one-stop"collaborative service for Beijing geographic information.To provide users with more accurate geographic information,efficient data fusion technology is urgently needed,which can combine information from different sources,modes,media,time,and representations to achieve a more accurate description of the perceived object.Road data serves as one of the fundamental data for"Tianditu",and its complexity of geometric and attribute features poses challenges to vector data fusion technology.In this paper,through multi-source road data analysis,extraction,and fusion of"Tianditu·Beijing",this paper analyzed the technical characteristics of road data fusion based on a comparison among navigation data,master node data,as well as data attributes,current situation,accuracy,and authority of Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport.The key technology of multi-source road data fusion was studied,and two tools were designed and developed,which could improve the efficiency and accuracy of data fusion.
