Abstract
The catastrophic flood of"23·7"in the Haihe River basin had triggered significant impacts on flood control system in Beijing.Currently,various restoration projects for damaged water engineering struc-tures are being intensified.This paper systematically analyzed the flood control situation and challenges facing by the entire city in 2024,established defense objectives,and fully implemented various flood con-trol and preparation measures.By conducting a comprehensive analysis of the defense capabilities of engi-neering systems,such as reservoirs,river embankments,and flood storage and detention areas,the safety guarantees were strengthened in major areas such as flash floods,waterlogging,and ongoing construction projects.These efforts effectively enhanced the capacity of the"FEDE"system(forecasting,early warn-ing,drilling,and emergency plans),which fully will utilize intelligent methods,consolidate the flood and drought disaster prevention system,and ensure the safety of the capital city during the future flood season.关键词
