单纯微针强通法针刺用于分娩镇痛的效果分析
Analysis of the effect of microneedling acupuncture in labor analgesia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of microneedling acupuncture in labor analgesia.Methods A total of 80 healthy women who underwent acupuncture for labor analgesia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:group C(conventional acupuncture group,n=40)and group W(microneedle acupuncture group,n=40).Pain scores at 11 different time points during labor,postpartum bleeding volume,and duration of labor were observed and recorded.Results The NRS scores in group C were significantly higher than those in group W at time points T1-T9(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups at T0 and T10(P>0.05).Conclusion Microneedle acupuncture has a better analgesic effect than conventional acupuncture for labor analgesia.关键词
