蒿秦化斑方治疗光敏性皮肤病思路探析
Analysis of the treatment approach for photodermatoses with Haoqin Huaban Formula
摘要
Abstract
Photodermatoses is a common condition closely associated with genetic and environmental factors.Conventional treatment methods,while effective,often result in recurrence and numerous adverse reactions,impacting the quality of life for patients.Our team believes that the onset of this disease is often due to the invasion of external evils,leading to heat distressing the blood level;inherent intolerance,combined with deficiency of healthy qi and excess of pathogenic factors;and dysfunction of organs resulting in the internal generation of damp-heat.Drawing on years of clinical experience,we have formulated the Haoqin Huaban Formula(Sweet Wormwood and Large Leaf Gentian Root Macule-Dissolving Formula),which contains Qinghao(Herba Artemisiae Annuae),Qinjiao(Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae),Shuiniujiao(Cornu Bubali),Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan),Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae),and Shenggancao(Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae).It employs the principle of clearing heat,cooling blood,dispelling dampness,and reinforcing the the wei exterior.This prescription,with adjustments as needed,has shown significant improvement in the clinical symptoms of patients.Through the analysis of a clinical case study,we explore the diagnostic and therapeutic ideology of the Haoqin Huaban Formula for the treatment of photodermatoses,enriching the clinical treatment method for this condition.关键词
