基于"寒冷地域"特点论治痛经的临床经验
Clinical experience in the treatment of dysmenorrhea based on the characteristics of"cold areas"
摘要
Abstract
Modern TCM research on dysmenorrhea primarily focuses on the theory of viscera,which associates dysmenorrhea with the five internal organs,particularly the heart,liver,and kidney.However,there is limited research on dysmenorrhea influenced by geographical characteristics.This study explores the unique aspects of dysmenorrhea in the cold region of Heilongjiang,considering the inherent constitution and dietary habits of local women.It examines the cold-sensitive pathways,pathogenesis,and characteristics of dysmenorrhea in this part of the country,emphasizing the importance of care and treatment tailored to gynecological conditions in cold areas.Preventive measures include avoiding wind and cold,regulating diet,maintaining emotional balance,and suitable exercise to achieve prevention before disease onset.Integrating regional climate and cultural influences with individual constitution,the treatment approach emphasizes holistic management.When promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,simultaneous treatment of yin,yang,qi,and blood is crucial to prevent disease progression and recurrence.The principle of"adapting measures to local conditions"is essential for enhancing the clinical effectiveness of dysmenorrhea treatment.关键词
