桥丝式电点火头发火时间一致性试验研究
Experimental Study on Consistency of Ignition Time of the Bridge Wire Fuse Head

Abstract
In order to find out the influencing factors of the time consistency of bridge wire fuse heads,the ignition process and ignition time of single,series connected and parallel connected bridge wire fuse heads were studied by high speed photography method.The results show that,for a single bridge wire fuse head,the average ignition time is less than 5 ms when the ignition current exceeds 1.4 A,and the shortening trend of the ignition time decreases with the increase of the ignition current.The ignition current of series connected bridge wire fuse heads should not be less than 1.8 A,and the ignition time difference can be controlled within 1.5 ms.The ignition time consistency of parallel connected bridge wire fuse heads is obviously better than that of series connected bridge wire fuse heads.For the disposable crack tube with bridge wire fuse heads,the parallel connection is recommended in blasting operation.The ignition time difference of bridge wire fuse heads can be controlled within 0.1 ms using 220 V voltage.关键词
