颅脑CT平扫影像学征象对脑出血患者预后的预测价值
Predictive value of brain CT plain scan imaging signs on prognosis in pa-tients with intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To explore the predictive value on prognosis in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)by brain CT plain scan imaging signs.Methods:103 patients with ICH were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into good prognosis group(n=67)and poor prognosis group(n=36)according to different prognosis.The general data and detection rate of brain CT plain scan imaging signs were compared.The correlation between brain CT plain scan imaging signs and 90-day modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score and the predictive value on prognosis in ICH patients were analyzed.Results:The bleeding volume in poor prognosis group was higher,and the detection rates of brain CT plain scan imaging signs except satellite sign,and the incidence of 2 or more brain CT plain scan imaging signs were greater than those in good prognosis group(P＜0.05).The90-day mRS score was lower in good prognosis group than that in poor prognosis group(P＜0.05).Correlation analysis showed that swirl sign,black hole sign,island sign,satellite sign and the detection of 2 or more brain CT plain scan imaging signs were positively correlated with 90-day mRS score(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curves of swirl sign,island sign and two or more CT imaging signs were 0.605,0.653 and 0.662,respectively,and all had predictive value for the prognosis of ICH(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Brain CT plain scan imaging signs are correlated with 90-day mRS score in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,and can be used to predict the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage.关键词
