再生砂水泥基材料的性能试验研究
Experimental Study on the Performance of Recycled Sand Cementitious Materials

Abstract
In the production of recycled sand using brick and concrete construction waste,industrial solid waste fly ash is added to prepare recycled sand cementitious materials.The effects of the ratio of binder to sand and fly ash on water consumption,apparent density,flexural strength,and compressive strength are studied,and the optimal mix ratio of recycled sand cementitious materials is determined based on the maxi-mum value of compressive strength.Subsequently,quartz sand is directly used to replace the recycled sand,and the effect of the replacement rate of recycled sand on the compressive strength and flexural strength of the material is studied.The experimental results show that the compressive performance of recycled sand cementitious materials is optimal when the cement sand ratio is 1∶2.5 and the fly ash content is 10%. Compared to cementitious materials using quartz sand,the compressive strength of recycled sand cementi-tious materials is reduced by 25.5%.However,when the replacement rate of recycled sand is 40%,com-pared to cementitious materials using quartz sand at 100%,the flexural strength is increased by 7.7%.关键词
