Teaching ward round transcript on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with multiple complications case by academician Tong Xiaolin
摘要
Abstract
Academician Tong Xiaolin advocates the unit management mode of diabetes to treat multiple complications of diabetes,giving greater play to the role of multidisciplinary groups in the hospital,and more systematic diagnosis and treatment of diseases for patients.Taking a case with diabetes mellitus complicated with multiple complications in the Department of Endocrinology of Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Futian)as an example,Academician Tong Xiaolin is invited to make teaching ward rounds,and elaborates the ideas of traditonal Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment,disease development and key points of diagnosis and treatment of such patients.Academician Tong emphasizes the importance of the explanation and identificatin of obesity-diabetes in Inner Canon.Academician Tong emphasizes that it is necesary to grasp the process of disease develpment,apply the system of state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation,combine the prescriptions of the ten states of chronic diseases,and reduce the use of Western medicine to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
