国医大师孙申田"神安病减"理论治疗癫痫抑郁共病探析
Analysis of the treatment of comorbidity of epilepsy and depression based on the theory of tranquilization and disease reduction by Chinese medicine master SUN Shentian

Abstract
Comorbidity of epilepsy and depression is the most common comorbidity pattern of mood disorders in epilepsy patients.Sun Shentian,a master of Chinese medicine,believes that the etiology of this disease is the imbalance of body and spirit caused by internal and external pathogenic qi,such as wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency,and the key to the pathogenesis of this disease lies in the deficiency of the spirit.Professor Sun believes that in the treatment of comorbidity of epilepsy and depression,it is necessary to emphasize the combination of"treating the spirit"and"treating the body".Professor Sun advocates starting from the cranial brain(Yuan Shen),abdominal brain(Gu Shen),and dermal brain(Wu Zang Shen)to regulate the spirit;The principle of treatment is to regulate the spirit and treat the root cause,and calm the spirit and reduce the disease;And the prescription is to use scalp acupuncture therapy for Bai Hui and Ning Shen,using repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation therapy to calm Yuan Shen,in the first area of the abdoment for regulating Gu Shen,and in back shu point for calming Wu Zang Shen;The treatment methods are to combine the differentiation of meridians,eliminate internal and external pathogenic qi such as wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency,and treat both manifestation and root cause of disease;In clinical practice,it is important to emphasize the integration of acupoint selecion at the starting or ending points of meridians,combination of motion and quietness,combination of abdominal brain,and combination of dermal brain,in order to achieve the balance between body and spirit,and relieve uneasiness of mind,and reduce the diseases.关键词
