清热祛浊方联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效分析
Analysis of therapeutic effect of Qingre Quzhuo Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Quzhuo Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 of phlegm-damp and static blood and heat type,and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods 130 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 of phlegm-damp and static blood and heat type admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Hebei Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 65 cases in each goup.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the experiment group was treated with self-made Qingre Quzhuo Decoction on the basis of the treatment of Western medicine.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and insulin resistance(IR)of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experiment group was 93.85％,while that of the control group was 81.54％,and the experiment group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,and IR of two groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the experiment group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qingre Quzhuo Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 of phlegm-damp and static blood and heat type can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce blood sugar levels and inflammatory reaction.This therapy is worth promoting.关键词
