自拟黄精降压汤治疗H型高血压亚组分析
Analysis of the therapeutic effect of self-formulated solomonseal rhizome decoction for dropping blood pressure on H-type hypertension subgroup

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of self-formulated solomonseal rhizome decoction for dropping blood pressure on Qi-deficiency type hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia subgroup.Methods A confirmatory subgroup analysis was conducted on 65 patients with homocystine(Hcy)≥ 10μmol·L-1 selected from the clinical efficacy observation project of self-formulated solomonseal rhizome decoction for dropping blood pressure in the treatment of Qi-deficiency type hypertension.The control group received treatment with oral amlodipine besylate tablets,5mg/time,once a day,and the observation group received oral self-formulated solomonseal rhizome decoction for dropping blood pressure treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group,twice a day.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,blood pressure,homocysteine,and blood lipids before and after treatment in both groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the differences in TCM syndrome scores and the effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.001).After treatment,the clinic blood pressure,home blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,and homocysteine in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion Self-formulated solomonseal rhizome decoction for dropping blood pressure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce blood homocysteine levels in patients with Qi-deficiency type H-type hypertension.This therapy is safe and effective.关键词
