Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with Dan Shen decoction on kidney blood flow and cardiac function in patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure of qi deficiency in spleen and kidney-type.Methods 82 patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure of qi deficiency in spleen and kidney-type admitted to Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and and the combination group(n=42)according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with Dan Shen decoction,and the combination group was treated with Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with Dan Shen decoction.Traditiional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of the patients were evaluated;The renal function,levels of inflammatory factors,renal blood flow,and cardiac function before and after treatment in both groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome scores,renal function,levels of inflammatory factors,and renal blood flow decreased,and the degree of decrease in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the comparison of cardiac function between two groups showed that left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased,and left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)decreased,and the combination group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with Dan Shen decoction,TCM syndrome scores in patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure of qi deficiency in spleen and kidney-type decrease.This therapy can improve renal function,the levels of inflammatory factors,renal blood flow,and cardiac function of the patients.This therapy has significant advantages and is worth promoting and applying.关键词
