Abstract
Objective To study the effect of changing the sequence of induction drugs on choking cough and somatic tremor during the induction period of general anesthesia.Methods 100 female patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into induction sequence A group(midazolam-sufentanil-etomidate-cisatracurium)and induction sequence B group(sufentanil-cisatracurium-midazolam-etomidate-sufentanil).Blood pressure,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)between two groups were compared.The occurrence of adverse events between two groups was compared.The incidence and degree of choking cough and somatic tremor during anesthesia induction between two groups were compared.Results The sequency of choking cough and body movement in induction sequence B group was less than that in induction sequence A group(P＜0.05).And the incidence of choking cough in induction sequence B group and induction sequence A group was 18％and 56％,respectively,and the incidence of body movement was 14％and 46％,respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion Changing the sequence of induction drugs can reduce choking cough and somatic tremor during the induction period of general anesthesia.It is recommended to implement relevant strategies in clinical practice.关键词
