司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响
Efficacy of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its impact on the immune function

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its impact on the immune function of the body.Methods A total of 120 patients with T2DM were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received treatment with oral semaglutide combined with metformin,while the control group received treatment with oral metformin.Clinical efficacy,body weight,body mass index(BMI),and the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),C-reactive protein(CRP)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)were observed in both groups after 12 weeks of treatment,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was assessed.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,there was statiscally significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups(the observation group vs the control group:95.0%vs 76.7%,P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed significant improvements in levels of glycolipid metabolism indicators(FBG,HbA1c,TC,TG)(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,in the observation group,CRP and IgA levels decreased,and IgG and IgM levels increased,and there was statiscally significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of T2DM has significant clinical efficacy.This therapy not only improves blood glucose control,but also has the positive impace on immune function of patients.关键词
