富血小板血浆及其在关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术中的应用研究进展
Research progress in platelet-rich plasma and its application in arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

Abstract
Anterior cruciate ligament injury is a common sports injury in the knee joint,and arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is the main treatment method.Platelet-rich plasma has the effect of promoting tissue healing and has been widely used in clinical practice in recent years.Research has found that the use of platelet-rich plasma for intraoperative treatment of anterior cruciate ligamen grafts or postoperative intra-articular injection can promote the tendon bone healing of the grafts and accelerate the recovery of knee joint injury and motor function.This article explores the components and preparation methods of platelet-rich plasma,and their mechanism of promoting thendon bone healing in tendon grafts and accelerating knee joint injury and knee function recovery.关键词
