废旧深蓝色棉/涤织物的脱色工艺与机制研究

Abstract
The waste dark-blue cotton/polyester fabric dyed with sulfur blue was taken as the raw material,sodium hydroxide(NaOH)and sulfur dioxide urea(TDO)decolorization system was employed for its decoloriza-tion.With lightness and decolorization rate as evaluation indicators,the decolorization process was investigated through single-factor experiments and the mechanism of decolorization system was discussed.The results showed that under the process conditions of 20 g/L NaOH and 5 g/L TDO,with the decolorization temperature of 90℃and the decolorization time of 60 min,the lightness value of the fabrics after decolorization reached above 60 with a decolorization rate of 81.5%.In the decolorization system,NaOH stripped the dyes on the fabrics to achieved decolorization by hydrolysis;TDO broke down the chromophoric groups in the dyes through the reducing action,and it further improved the decolorization effect in alkaline condition.Thus,these two components had synergistic decolorization effect.The decolorization treatment hardly affected the chemical and crystal structures of the fab-rics,and there was only a minor decrease in the breaking strength of the fabrics after decolorization,achieving a gentle decolorization of the waste cotton/polyester blended fabric.关键词
