Abstract

Due to the poor hygroscopicity of chemical fibers,it is easy to produce static electricity during the spinning process and necessary to add spinning oil.As an important component of spinning oil,antistatic agent is of great significance for spinning process and post-processing.In this paper,AEO-3 was taken as raw material and P2O5 as phosphorylation reagent,AEO-3 phosphate potassium antistatic agent was prepared by esterification,hydrolysis and neutralization steps.The influence law of feed ratio,esterification time and hydroly-sis time on the monoester,diester,free phosphoric acid,conductivity and surface tension of the product was in-vestigated.The experimental results showed that when the feed ratio of AEO-3 to P2O5 was 3:1,the esterification time was 4 h and the hydrolysis time was 4 h,the prepared AEO-3 phosphate potassium antistatic agent had the best effect,and the monoester content was as high as 62.4%,the content of diester was 31.5%,the conductivity of 1%solid content aqueous solution was as high as 1702 us/cm,and the surface tension was 30.6 mN/m,which had good antistatic effect.In addition,the antistatic agent had good compatibility with the main components of chemical fiber oil such as mineral oil(10#and 15#white oil)and lauryl alcohol oleic acid ester,which had practical application value.
