长链烷基改性有机硅防水乳液的制备及应用
Preparation and Application of Long-chain Alkyl Modified Silicone Waterproof Emulsion

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of biological toxicity and poor waterproof durability of fluorine-con-taining waterproof agent,a fluorine-free and eco-friendly silicone waterproof agent was prepared.Silicone seed emulsions with double bonds were obtained by introducing vinyl into silicone macromolecules.The obtained emul-sion was copolymerized with long-chain alkyl stearyl methacrylate(SMA)and other monomers,and the emul-sions with different silicon contents were prepared for cotton fabric finishing.In this study,the emulsion prepara-tion conditions were optimized and the surface energy of latex film was examined as well as the waterproof property and wearability of cotton fabric before and after finishing.The results indicated that when the mass fraction of sili-con was 6%,the emulsion achieved by copolymerizing with acrylate monomer was stable and the surface energy of emulsion film reached 18.90 mN·m-1 at the minimum.The finishing of emulsion on the surface of cotton fabric could form an super-hydrophobic structure,the static contact angle could reach 151.8±0.3° with good self-cleaning property,and the waterproof level could reach 4~5 level.It could still maintain better waterproof proper-ty after 20 times of washing and super-hydrophobic property after 50 times of repeated friction.关键词
