Abstract
Graphene oxide(GO)was mixed with carbon nanotubes(CNTs)in deionized water to obtain u-niformly dispersed graphene oxide-carbon nanotubes(GO-CNTs)dispersion by ultrasonic treatment.In this pa-per,the properties of pure WPU membrane,GO modified WPU membrane,CNTs modified WPU membrane and GO-CNTs modified WPU membrane were compared,the best modified materials were selected,and then the effects of different dosages on the thermal,mechanical,electrical and waterproof properties and moisture permea-bility of the composite membrane were studied by blending the WPU with GO-CNTs dispersion with different mass fractions.The structure and properties of the membrane were characterized by SEM,FTIR,water contact angle and TG,and the changes of heat storage and antibacterial properties before and after GO addition were ex-plored.The results showed that when the mass fraction added by GO-CNTs was 0.6%,the composite membrane had the best comprehensive properties,the contact angle was 42.3°,the top breaking strength was 38N,the ten-sile strength and elongation at break were 5.6MPa and 280%respectively,the resistance was 49GΩ,the hydro-static pressure resistance was 14750mmH2 O,the moisture permeability was 2110g/m2·24h,the waterproof and moisture permeability was relatively better and it could be applied to waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics.After the modified membrane was bonded,the heat storage temperature of the fabric increased by 13.7℃,and the antistatic and antibacterial properties were improved.关键词
