乙基纤维素结构中红外-近红外光谱组学研究
Research on Middle Infrared-near Infrared Spectroscopy of Ethyl Cellulose Structure
摘要
Abstract
Ethyl cellulose structure of products with different viscosity models from different manufacturers was studied by mid infrared(MIR)and near-infrared(NIR)spectroscopy techniques.The experiment found that the MIR-NIR spectral absorption modes of ethyl cellulose mainly included O-H group stretching vibration mode(νO-H-ethyl cellulose-MIR),CH3 group asymmetric stretching vibration mode(νas CH3-ethyl cellulose-MIR),CH3 group symmetrical stretching vibration mode(νs CH3-ethyl cellulose-MIR),CH2 group asymmetric stretching vibration mode(νas CH2-ethyl cellulose-MIR),C-H group stretching vibration mode(νC-H-ethyl cellulose-MIR),CH3 group symmetrical bending vibration mode(δsCH3-ethylcellulose-MIR),C-O group stretching vibration mode(νC-O-ethylcellulose-MIR),OC2H3 group vibration mode(νOC2H3-ethyl cellulose-MIR),frequency combination of νC-H-ethyl cellulose-MIR and νs CH-ethyl cellulose-MIR(ν-1-ethylcellulose-NIR),frequency combination of νas CH3-ethyl cellulose-MIR and νas CH2-ethyl cellulose-MIR(ν-2-ethyl cellulose-NIR),first level frequency doubling of νO-H-ethyl cellulose-MIR(ν-3-ethyl cellulose-NIR)and second level frequency doubling of νO-H-ethyl cellulose-MIR(ν-4-ethylcellulose-NIR).Research found that there were certain differences in the infrared absorption frequency and relative contents of OC2H3 group corresponding to the main functional groups of ethyl cellulose pro-duced by different manufacturers with different viscosity models.MIR-NIR spectroscopy group research has con-ducted important structural research on textile raw materials(ethyl cellulose)and has significant application re-search value.关键词
