摘要

Abstract

Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) are the most common tumors in the sella region. MRI, as the gold standard for the evaluation of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors, has made great contributions to the macroscopic evaluation of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors. In recent years, the continuous development of radiomics has provided new possibilities for the microscopic evaluation of tumors, and has shown good efficacy in the accurate/differential diagnosis, preoperative evaluation and prognosis prediction of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors. In this paper, the current research status of MRI radiomics in pituitary neuroendocrine tumors in recent years was reviewed, in order to provide reliable imaging basis for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment protocols and comprehensive evaluation of tumors, and to guide future clinical practice and research direction.
