Design of Excitation Circuit for Logging While Drilling Ultrasonic Array Logging Tool

Abstract
Through the wellbore reflection characteristics obtained by ultrasonic array logging tool while drilling, the wellbore profile is studied in real time, and the fractured formation information is obtained. The stability of the excitation circuit of ultrasonic array logging tool while drilling directly determines the quality of acoustic data. An excitation circuit of ultrasonic array logging tool while drilling is designed by means of bipolar pulse excitation. The software and hardware design of the circuit is introduced, and the circuit performance test and actual logging test are carried out. The test results show that the circuit has strong excitation energy. The waveform adjustment is flexible, which can effectively suppress the subsequent trailing signal. The logging signal is clear and stable, which can effectively reflect the properties of the formation and provides a technical reference for array ultrasonic logging while drilling.关键词
