摘要

Abstract

Water production profile test is an important means to know the production status of production intervaland provide basis for reservoir dynamic adjustment. It is also a main work of oilfield development. In order to solve the problems of low liquid production in single horizontal well in low permeability reservoir, low accuracy and low efficiency of subsection production test by using conventional liquid production profile test technique, the idea of technology integration is adopted. A new method of rapid water-finding is proposed, which is based on the continuous monitoring of downhole logging tools by using a 2 in pre-arranged coiled tubing tool with core-piercing coiled tubing and nitrogen gas lift to drain fluid from the wellbore and coiled tubing to drag downhole logging tools. The negative pressure production string with nitrogen production vehicle+tubing Hanger+3 ½ in ordinary tubing+trumpet mouth, and the testing string with 2 in coiled tubing+cava connector+logging connecting tool+logging tool string is designed. Key supporting devices such as continuous tubing logging connection tool, electric slip ring drum cable seal holder and FIT logging tool have been developed to form the rapid water search technology of coiled tubing gas lift profile logging in low fluid volume horizontal Wells. The field pilot test of 6 wells was carried out. During the test, the underground test signal was not interfered by alternating current, which ensured the advantage of real-time data transmission, and truly realized the real-time readable synchronization between the underground monitoring and the surface. This technology can test one well a day, and provides a new technical means for quantitative and rapid interpretation of fluid production distribution in horizontal wells with low fluid volume.
