电池作为运载火箭箭上电气设备的一次能源,是箭上电气系统的关键单机.为规范运载火箭箭上电池产品的研制和使用,提出型谱特征参数梯度化设计、部组件统型设计、试验条件统一设计和使用维护要求统一设计的箭上锂离子电池型谱化研究思路,规划建立了运载火箭箭上锂离子电池型谱,形成共15种箭上锂离子电池系列化货架产品,并在CZ-3A型号运载火箭上进行了成功实践.箭上型谱锂离子电池的研制使在飞运载火箭28 V锂电池配套型号从31种压缩至11种,箭上电池产品种类缩减了64.5%,统一了产品技术状态,降低了电池研制、生产和质量控制的成本和难度,有力支撑了箭上锂离子电池批量生产和运载火箭高密度发射.

As a primary energy source for the electrical equipment on launch vehicle,the battery is the key sin-gle machine of the electrical system on the vehicle.In order to standardize the development and use of launch vehicle mounted lithium batteries,a research approached for rocket mounted lithium battery spectrum design is proposed,which includes gradient design of spectrum characteristic parameters,unified type design of compo-nents,unified design of test conditions,and unified design of usage and maintenance requirement.A launch ve-hicle mounted lithium battery spectrum is established and 15 kinds of vehicle mounted lithium batteries series shelf products are formed,which are successfully practiced on the CZ-3A launch vehicle.The development of vehicle mounted lithium battery spectrum compresses the models of 28 V lithium batteries for launch vehicle from 31 to 11,reduces the varieties of batteries by 64.5%.It unifies the technical status of products,reduces the cost and difficulty of battery development,production and quality control,effectively supports the batch pro-duction of vehicle mounted lithium batteries and high density emission of launch vehicles.
