荧光炭点比率探针的构建及可视化快速检测Fe3+OA北大核心CSTPCD

以柠檬酸和邻苯二胺为原料,采用水热法制备了15种炭点,发现通过调控反应的温度和酸的种类,可以改变炭点的荧光颜色和荧光强度.以HNO3 调节pH值为2,反应温度为180℃时,获得了绿色炭点,该炭点量子产率高达41.56%;该绿色炭点对Fe3+具有特异荧光响应,且在0.1~1 mM的检测范围中,炭点与Fe3+的浓度具有良好线性关系,其相关系数R2 可达0.997 95,最低检出限为0.47 μM.进一步将该绿色炭点与罗丹明B结合,构建了比率荧光探针,并成功制备了其对应的比色卡纸,实现了可视化快速检测Fe3+浓度.

Fifteen kinds of carbon dots were prepared by hydrothermal method with citric acid and o-phenylendiamine.It was found that the fluorescence color and intensity of carbon dots could be changed by adjusting the reaction temperature and acid species.Green carbon dots were obtained when the pH value was adjusted to 2 with HNO3 and reaction temperature at 180℃.The quantum yield of the green carbon dots was 41.56%,and the specific fluorescence quenching to Fe3+was observed.In the detection range of 0.1-1 mM,there was a good linear relationship between the carbon dots and the concentration of Fe3+,the correlation coefficient R2 can reach 0.99795,and the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.47 μM.Furthermore,the ratio fluorescence probe was constructed by mixing the green carbon dots and rhodamine B,and the corresponding color card was successfully prepared to realize the rapid visual detection of Fe3+.
