荧光炭点比率探针的构建及可视化快速检测Fe3+

Abstract
Fifteen kinds of carbon dots were prepared by hydrothermal method with citric acid and o-phenylendiamine.It was found that the fluorescence color and intensity of carbon dots could be changed by adjusting the reaction temperature and acid species.Green carbon dots were obtained when the pH value was adjusted to 2 with HNO3 and reaction temperature at 180℃.The quantum yield of the green carbon dots was 41.56%,and the specific fluorescence quenching to Fe3+was observed.In the detection range of 0.1-1 mM,there was a good linear relationship between the carbon dots and the concentration of Fe3+,the correlation coefficient R2 can reach 0.99795,and the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.47 μM.Furthermore,the ratio fluorescence probe was constructed by mixing the green carbon dots and rhodamine B,and the corresponding color card was successfully prepared to realize the rapid visual detection of Fe3+.关键词
