摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of discrete data caused by small changes in test materials and environment for 10 mm×10 mm×60 mm cement-based mortar specimens under sulfate erosion,a model for calculating the flexural and corrosion resistance coefficient of cement-based mortar specimens under sulfate erosion environment was developed.The bending and corrosion resistance coefficients of cement-based mortar specimens were calculated by the K-method,and the bending strengths of cement-based mortar specimens with different water-cement ratios,fly ash admixtures,sulfate concentrations and erosion ages were tested and the corrosion resistance coefficients were calculated by the immersion erosion resistance tests.The results show that the combined mean error between the calculated model values and the measured values is 3.1%.There is no significant difference between the calculated model values and the measured values,and the model predictions are unbiased.The combined mean error between the calculated model predictions and the measured values in the relevant literature is 6.5%.The model has good applicability and universality,and can be used as a reference for the research on the resistance of concrete to sulfate erosion in inland arid areas.
