智能网联汽车高速连接器传输性能研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research on transmission performance of high-speed connectors for intelligent connected vehicles
高速连接器作为智能网联汽车信号传输系统中的关键部件,其性能直接影响高速互联系统的通信质量和稳定性.以某智能网联汽车FAKRA连接器为研究对象,推导出了在时域和频域上的传输性能表征参数,利用电磁仿真软件建立相应的三维参数化模型,并通过实际测试验证了模型的准确性.基于此模型,仿真分析了连接器的结构参数、绝缘材料以及介质退化对传输性能的影响.研究表明:适当减小内导体直径突变点与绝缘层轴向间隙,以及调整公母连接器互配间隙,能有效改善连接器的传输性能,绝缘层介电常数的改变对连接器传输性能的影响不明显,而介质退化引起的有效介电常数增加会导致传输性能恶化.这一研究结论对于智能网联汽车高速连接器的研发具有一定的参考价值.
As an integral part of the signal transmission system on intelligent connected vehicles,the high-speed connector's performance significantly affects both the quality and stability of communication within high-speed interconnection systems.Taking an intelligent connected vehicle FAKRA connector as the research object,the transmission performance characterization parameters in time domain and frequency domain are derived,and the corresponding three-dimensional parametric model is built by electromagnetic simulation software,and the accuracy of the model is verified by real tests.Based on the model,the impact of structural parameters,insulation materials and dielectric degradation on the transmission performance of the connector are simulated and analyzed.Our study demonstrates the transmission performance of connectors is effectively improved by appropriately reducing the axial gap between the inner conductor diameter mutation point and insulation layer,as well as by adjusting the mating clearance of male and female connectors.Changes in the dielectric constant of the insulating layer do not markedly impact connector transmission performance.However,an increase in effective dielectric constant caused by dielectric degradation causes the deteriorating transmission performance.Our findings may provide some references for developing high-speed connectors for intelligent connected vehicles.
