Promoting innovation development of digital economy:Values,goals and paths
摘要
Abstract
The innovation development of digital economy is the core driving force for China's modernization.We explore the significance and ways of promoting the innovation of China's digital economy in accordance with the progressive logical sequence of value mining,target analysis and path interpretation.In terms of value creation from the perspective of China's modernization,the innovation of digital economy has three advantages:promoting the comprehensive upgrading of productivity and accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity;improving the flow of business information and developing healthily under the guidance of the government to contribute to common prosperity;inducing positive spillover to public services and positively improving people's livelihood.Based on the three advantages,four goals of promoting the innovation of China's digital economy are set:the first is to actively focus on the frontier of innovation and grasp the direction of digital technology;the second is to promote the integration of digital and entity and improve the practicality of digital innovation;the third is to create digital industrial clusters and optimize the division of digital innovation;the fourth is to enhance the openness of digital innovation and build a complete international market.Based on the four goals,four paths can be used as reference for policy design and commercial investment in the innovation development of China's digital economy:the first is the coordinated development of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises;the second is the balance between short-term investment and long-term layout;the third is that software programs and hardware equipment go hand in hand;the fourth is that innovation benefits and social welfare promote each other.关键词
