The Action Mechanism,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path of Digital Economy Promoting Agricultural Modernization Development
摘要
Abstract
The digital economy has promoted the development of agricultural modernization mainly from three dimensions of"finance-technology-talent".It has attracted finance,technology and talent into agriculture,using digital finance,digital technology and talent who major in data science and removes the constraints of agricultural financing,improves agricultural production efficiency,expands agricultural service space and promotes development of agricultural modernization upon digital finance,digital technology and talent who major in data science.Research has found that currently,for digital economy to promote agricultural modernization there are some realistic dilemmas including inadequate financial input,insufficient technology support,and underdeveloped cultivation of talent who major in data science.In view of this,it is necessary to improve the financial investment system,technology innovation system and talent investment system for the development of agricultural modernization,improve the mechanism of agricultural finance investment,promote agricultural technology innovation and strengthen the construction of agricultural talent teams who major in data science,in order to provide finance,technology and talent guarantees for digital economy to promote development of agricultural modernization.关键词
